Yes. Our artisans tuft the wool by hand and finish and carve the rug by hand in Bhadohi.

Yes. Share your size or colour reference on WhatsApp and we will confirm the options before you order.

Q4: Does it shed?
A little shedding in the first few weeks is normal for a new wool rug and settles with regular vacuuming.

Our average delivery time is 12–15 days.
Please note that some carpets are made to order, and in such cases, delivery may take 25–35 days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the shipment.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase or before dispatch, whichever comes first.

After this period, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests, as the production or shipping process will have already started.

Returns will be accepted for up to 10 days of Customer’s receipt or tracking number on unworn items. You, as a Customer, are obliged to inform us via email before you return the item, only in the case of:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived not as expected (ie. damaged packaging).
– Item had defects.
– Over delivery time.
– The shipper does not allow the goods to be inspected before payment.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.
