What are the shipping charges?

Whenever you purchase an item through our website, you'll receive free shipping across India.

When will my order arrive?

Our goal is to ship all standard orders within 24 business hours. Customized carpets take 5–7 business days for processing. The estimated delivery time may differ depending on the product, ranging from next-day delivery to a maximum of 6 to 10 business days after placing the order.

During sale periods with a high volume of orders, there may be a delay of 5–7 additional days in delivery.

What is the process for confirming my order?

Once your order is placed successfully, you will receive the following notifications:

• Email order confirmation
• Text message confirmation of your order

What is the process for cancelling an order?

Note: Orders can only be cancelled before the shipment has been dispatched.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed through the original method of payment within 48 business hours of cancellation.
